T-Mobile provides some of the best value for money, and most flexible price plans on the market:

Flext : This is the Award winning contract payment plan from T-Mobile. It offers the flexibility to use more minutes and less text or vice versa each month to suit what’s going in your life! Swap between calls, texts, voicemail, picture messages across networks anytime and use your total allocation before you pay any more. If you always go over your plan texts and don’t get round to using your minutes and picture messages one month and the opposite the next, then Flext is the plan for you.
U-Fix : The value & the flexibility of the flext program with the option to top up if you’re having a particularly sociable month! Ideal if you are a parent – give the kids a basic allowance and they can top up from their pocket money if they choose – everybody’s happy with U-Fix !
Off Peak & Free Time :If you are too tied up at work to talk, but chat all night then try an off peak plan. You can get calls from as little as 1p a minute off peak and from 0.5p a minute to your T-Mobile friends with a free time plan.

I have been with the T-Mobile network since the One to One days and have never had reason to change. The service where I live is spot on, unlike some other so called ‘big’ networks. Quite surprising as I thought everyone’s coverage would be pretty similar by now. The new flexible tariffs are also a welcome development, allowing me to set my own balance between text and call use. All in all, I have to say I’m very happy!

T-mobile is a pretty good phone network. There is a lot to choose from in terms of price plans and phones. I easily switch from one price plan to other practically anytime I want and the prices are good considering what you get for your money. The only thing I don’t like about the network is that, new customers tend to get good deals than existing ones. Hope someone is listening!

Samsung E900
This phone is Samsung’s take on the LG Chocolate. It’s a really slim slide phone and has the touch sensitive buttons on the front. The screen’s fantastic - it’s really bright and sharp – and the camera, at 2 megapixels, isn’t too shabby either. Battery life is pretty decent. I still have to get used to Samsung phones not being able to ring and vibrate at the same time. That’s the only real negative with this phone.

Nokia 6280
As long as 3G is not a deal breaker feature for you, then this is a seriously good slider phone. Well built, if somewhat chunky, the 6280 has plenty of compelling features. There's an FM radio, a reasonably good camera (2 mega pixel) and bundled PC synchronising software to take into account too. And the price is pretty attractive. The main down side apart from unreliable 3G is that 64 meg is not enough memory and you will need to buy a bigger miniSD.
